2024 Second-hand Car Appraiser Trainer Training Class Successfully Concluded 🎓

The 2024 Second-hand Car Appraiser Trainer Special Training Class was held online from June 6th to 7th, and offline at the Mei Ya Bai Ke Building 188 Training Center in Xiamen, Fujian Province, on June 13th to 14th. The purpose of this special training was to improve the job skills training for second-hand car appraisers, strengthen the team of second-hand car appraisers, and enhance the teaching level and practical abilities of trainers.

Experts such as You Yang, Manager of Changchun Huagang Second-hand Car Transaction Market Inspection Center; Shu Hui, a teacher at Changchun Automotive Vocational and Technical University and National Gold Medal Appraiser; Zhang Ye, also a teacher at Changchun Automotive Vocational and Technical University and National Gold Medal Appraiser; Fu Tiejun, a professor at Jilin University School of Automotive Engineering and FAW Expert Pool Bid Evaluation Expert; Chen Wenjin, Deputy General Manager/Chief Engineer of Bo Ke Zhi Neng (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. and Automotive Electronic Data Forensics Expert; Bu Qingqiang, Deputy General Manager of Chuanghong Lide Group and New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Competition Referee; Zhu Kai, Deputy Secretary-General of the Second-hand Car Appraiser Branch of China Automobile Circulation Association and General Manager of Changchun Kaiwen Motor Vehicle Appraisal Co., Ltd.; and Liao Weibin, General Manager of Liao Ge Shuo Che (Xiamen) Information Technology Co., Ltd., were invited to the training. A total of 30 teachers from all over the country participated in this special training.

Curriculum Highlights 📚

• Bu Qingqiang explained the classification of new energy vehicles, electronic control systems and working principles, safety operation specifications, interpretation of the "Technical Specification for the Appraisal of Second-hand Pure Electric Passenger Cars," and the inspection and evaluation of new energy vehicle power batteries and motor systems.
• Liao Weibin discussed the appraisal process and details of second-hand car technical conditions.
• Zhu Kai covered the writing of second-hand car appraisal reports.
• Chen Wenjin presented on automotive electronic data forensics, data analysis, and case studies.

Trainees, based on their experience in second-hand car appraisal, defended on topics such as the appraisal of new energy vehicles, technical appraisal of accident, flood, and fire-damaged cars, second-hand car replacement, purchase, pricing, engine and transmission fault diagnosis, and industry data statistics.

During the training, 15 experts including Shi Yumin, President of Shandong Transportation College and Shandong Province Motor Vehicle Appraisal Industry Association; Zhang Jinling, Vice Chairman of Henan Province Second-hand Car Circulation Association and Director of the Appraisal Professional Committee; Huang Shuai, Secretary-General of Beijing Motor Vehicle Appraisal Industry Association; Zheng Qingqing, Inspection Director of Xiamen Shangpin Jia Selection Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd., and Passenger Car Appraisal Expert of Xiamen Polytechnic Judicial Appraisal Center; Dong Zhihai, Head of Fujian Cooperative Organization for China Automobile Circulation Association's Second-hand Car Evaluator Job Skills Training, discussed topics such as the "National Vocational Skill Standards for Appraisers," appraisal institution and personnel capability evaluation standards, and continuous education work for appraisers.
