Support is also provided for the scrapping and renewal of old ships with specific age limits.

Additionally, there is an encouragement for places with conditions to make good use of the central financial urban traffic development reward fund, to coordinate and promote the renewal of new energy buses and batteries.

💰 Enhancing Central and Local Coordination for Large-scale Durable Consumer Goods Exchange 🛍️

Consumers who scrap fuel passenger cars with national three and below emission standards or new energy passenger cars registered before April 30, 2018, and purchase fuel passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters and below or qualified new energy passenger cars will be given a fixed amount of subsidy. The central finance has pre-allocated some funds to support local work.

The central finance also arranges funds to support the start of the county-level charging and battery replacement facility pilot work, to further release the consumption potential of new energy vehicles.
