2024 June New Energy Vehicle Production and Sales Brief Analysis

According to the analysis by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in June 2024, the production and sales of new energy vehicles continued to grow rapidly, with year-on-year increases exceeding double digits.

In June 2024, the production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 1.003 million and 1.049 million units, respectively, with year-on-year growth of 28.1% and 30.1%, respectively.

From January to June 2024, the production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 4.929 million and 4.944 million units, respectively, with year-on-year growth of 30.1% and 32%, respectively.

In June 2024, the domestic sales of new energy vehicles were 963,000 units, with a month-on-month increase of 12.5% and a year-on-year increase of 32.2%.

From January to June 2024, the domestic sales of new energy vehicles were 4.339 million units, with a year-on-year increase of 35.1%.

In June 2024, the export of new energy vehicles was 86,000 units, with a month-on-month decrease of 13.2% and a year-on-year increase of 10.3%.

From January to June 2024, the export of new energy vehicles was 605,000 units, with a year-on-year increase of 13.2%.
