After this year's second half, major car companies have taken out the "bottom of the box" new cars in the family car market to meet the increasingly competitive passenger car market, and Chery is no exception. Although the pace has always been slower than peers, from the second half of the year, Chery, Jietu, and Exeed will launch several major new cars, covering sedans & SUVs & off-road, fuel & hybrid & pure electric multiple sub-markets, with prices ranging from the 100,000-level X70 PLUS to the 300,000-level Mountain Sea T5.

Chery Tiggo 8 L

Chery Tiggo 8 L is the latest version of the Tiggo family, and like the Tiggo 8, Tiggo 8 PLUS, and Tiggo 8 PRO on sale, it is positioned as a quasi-medium-sized SUV, with five and seven-seat versions. The car has already started pre-sale, with a pre-sale price range of 147,700 to 179,900 yuan. During the pre-sale period, a deposit of 2,000 yuan can be deducted by 10,000 yuan, up to 15,000 yuan replacement subsidy, and up to 36,000 yuan of rights and interests gift pack. It has been confirmed that it will be officially launched on August 8.

Chery Fengyun T10

Following A8 and T9, Chery Fengyun series will also launch a new medium-sized SUV - Fengyun T10 on July 25 this year. The car will focus on luxury 6/7-seat layout and apply the Chery Kunpeng Super Hybrid C-DM, which supports three physical gears, and provides an electric four-wheel drive version. The price will be a bit more expensive than Fengyun T9, with an estimated front-wheel drive version at around 150,000 yuan, which is more cost-effective compared to the same type of BYD Tang DM-i.

Jietu X70 PLUS

On July 29, Chery Jietu Auto will launch the new generation X70 PLUS model. The car is still positioned as a quasi-medium-sized SUV with a layout of 5/7 seats, which can be seen as the "Tiggo 8" of the Jietu brand, and the price is even more attractive. The current on-sale model's guide price is only 105,900 yuan.

Jietu Shanhai T1

After the explosion of Jietu Traveler, Chery Jietu Auto took advantage of the heat to launch the Shanhai T2 with C-DM plug-in hybrid technology, focusing on the light off-road market; at the Beijing Auto Show in April this year, the positioning of the new energy off-road vehicle, and in the second half of this year, Jietu will continue to cultivate the off-road field, and has already declared the new Shanhai T1 in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which is also C-DM plug-in hybrid technology. The positioning & price of the car will be slightly lower than Shanhai T2, expected to be between 150,000 and 180,000 yuan.

Exeed Star Era ES International Edition

Facing the pressure brought by models such as Xiaomi SU7, Zeekr 007, IM Motors L6, and Lynk & Co Z10 (not yet on the market), on July 19, Exeed Auto launched the pre-sale of the 2025 Star Era ES, with the pre-sale price of the 2025 series ranging from 225,900 to 309,900 yuan, and the newly added international edition pre-sale price is only 199,900 yuan. In addition, there is a 1,000 yuan discount for 5,000 yuan of the final payment, and a replacement subsidy of 6,000 yuan (this product), which is considered to be full of cost performance compared to the same level.
